Do you offer a free trial?
We do not offer a self-serve free trial. We run a structured onboarding process with every client. Book a demo and we will walk you through a proof-of-concept scoped to your use case.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on usage volume (annotations, API calls, model runs), deployment model (shared cloud vs. private), and the scope of professional services required. We provide fixed monthly pricing after scoping, not variable billing.
Can you work with our existing infrastructure?
Yes. We integrate with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premise environments, and air-gapped networks. Our engineering team handles the integration as part of onboarding.
What contracts do you offer?
Annual contracts are standard. Government and large enterprise clients can engage under multi-year frameworks. We support procurement via direct contracting, resellers, and government procurement vehicles.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Enterprise and Government engagements require a minimum 12-month commitment. Starter plans are available on a 3-month minimum basis.
